  • Experienced Consultant -- lead clients to lean production

The successful candidate must have deep knowledge and experience in the fields of manufacturing, large-scale logistics, and service industries, with production management, quality control, or other support duties. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background is required, along with a minimum of 15 years real working experience in the same industry. Advanced degree is a plus. Japanese reading capability is required.
  • Marketing Staff -- develop strategies to widen SGC Production System's exposure to potential clients

The successful candidate must have deep knowledge and experience in marketing to industrial segments. Good communications skills in sales and technical languages are necessary to work effectively with our clients' engineers, production management, and quality control staff. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background is required, along with a minimum of 6 years real working experience in an industrial setting. Japanese language capability is essential.
