On September 17-20, SGC participated in the technical session and exhibit of "SAE 2007 AeroTech Congress & Exhibition" held in Los Angeles, Carifornia.
Mr. K. Koide, our senior consultant, made an oral presentation of "Kaizen through Heijunka Production (Leveled Production)" on September 19th at the technical session.

SGC also opened a free seminar on Kanban Operation and Heijunka Production in Toulouse, France. About 40 attendees could learn how the Kanban system and Heijunka production effectively work as Kaizen tools and know our Kaizen capabilities.
