When a new product is designed and put into production, a new production system must be designed and established by the time allowed in the overall project schedule. The new production system must satisfy the following essential requirements:
- Production Quality: production operations must reproduce the design quality set in the product planning and design phases
- Production Quantity: production operations must produce the number of products established during the planning and marketing phases
- Production Costs: production operations must produce the product at or below the costs targeted during planning and marketing phases

| Whenever a company considers building a new plant for manufacturing new products, expanding existing production capability, or replacing an existing plant, we strongly encourage management to consider incorporating the SGC Production System in the new facility. By implementing Kaizen activities even in the initial planning stages, your company will achieve maximum benefits at the least expense. |
