Early Registration Deadline Approaching
Practical Kaizen Training 2026
Participation Fee 10% OFF Available Until the End of February
We would like to remind you that the early registration deadline for Practical Kaizen Training 2026 (Nagoya/Japan) is fast approaching.
The 10% discount on the Participation Fee applies to registrations completed by the end of February.
This five-day intensive program goes beyond understanding Kaizen as a philosophy or concept. It is designed as a hands-on training experience that enables participants to develop practical and reproducible improvement capabilities applicable at the workplace. Based on the Toyota Production System (TPS), the program systematically covers Just-in-Time, Jidoka, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and even 3P (Production Preparation Process). Through a combination of lectures and simulation exercises, the program is structured to elevate participants from simply “knowing” Kaizen to being able to “implement” it effectively.
In many organizations, Kaizen initiatives fail to deliver expected results due to insufficient current state analysis, lack of properly established Standard Work, and structural issues where improvements remain one-time events rather than becoming sustainable systems. This program addresses these challenges by providing perspectives and methodologies that embed improvement into organizational systems. Participants will engage in Current State Analysis using QC methods, comparative simulations of batch production versus Just-in-Time production, hands-on Kanban operations, and future-oriented improvement thinking through 3P methodologies.
