Practical Kaizen Training 2026 – Limited Seats Remaining

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who registered for the Practical Kaizen Training during the Early Registration period. Thanks to the strong interest from many companies, we have already received 16 participant registrations from several organizations for the June Practical Kaizen Training in Nagoya, Japan.

Please note that the Early Registration (10% discount) period officially closed at the end of February. We truly appreciate the many participants who took advantage of this opportunity.

Due to the strong response, only a limited number of seats remain available. To maintain the intensive and highly interactive nature of the training, the program is intentionally limited in size. If you are considering participation, we strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure your seat.

A key highlight of this program is the hands-on Kaizen simulation, where participants work in mixed teams toward a clear numerical performance target. Within a limited timeframe, each team must analyze the current situation, generate Kaizen ideas, and implement changes using some verious methods and TPS principles. Through repeated cycles of experimentation and improvement, participants experience firsthand how systematic Kaizen can dramatically transform operational performance.

Rather than simply learning concepts, participants actively apply methods such as Just-in-Time, Jidoka, Kanban operations, Value Stream Mapping, and 3P(Production Preparation Process) thinking in a dynamic simulation environment. As teams compete to achieve challenging performance targets, the program creates a strong sense of engagement, collaboration, and accomplishment.

For many participants, this experience becomes a turning point—from understanding Kaizen intellectually to gaining the confidence and capability to apply Kaizen effectively in their own organizations.

We look forward to welcoming participants from around the world to Nagoya for this intensive and rewarding learning experience.
