Our Core Philosophy and
Social ResponsibilityShingijutsu Global Consulting (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is a consulting firm that supports the development of individuals capable of driving improvement, by providing guidance based on the Toyota Production System (TPS). Through this approach, we aim to enhance productivity and quality, eliminate waste thoroughly, and pursue the ideal form of management.
Guided by the fundamental value that “Manufacturing beings with Human Development,” our philosophy of “Improvement through building people” underpins all our activities. We conduct our business in compliance with laws and internal regulations, while respecting the cultures and labor practices of each country. Rights and
Labor Ethics-
a) Prohibition of Discrimination, Respect for Diversity, and Prevention of Harassment
- The Company strictly prohibits all forms of discrimination based on nationality, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, and other attributes. We strive to create a workplace where every individual can work with dignity. Fairness is ensured in all aspects of employment, including recruitment, evaluation, and promotion, while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- We are committed to treating all stakeholders—including internal and external partners—with respect and professionalism. We actively work to prevent sexual harassment, power harassment, and other forms of misconduct.

b) Fundamental Stance on Child Labor
- Due to the nature of our business, the Company is not directly involved in child labor. Nevertheless, we recognize that child labor is a significant social issue and believe it is our corporate responsibility to address it with integrity.
- We comply with conventions established by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the laws of each country. If signs of child labor are identified within our business partners, we take appropriate corrective action and respond according to the circumstances.

c) Respect for Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining
- In accordance with the fundamental principles established by the International Labor Organization (ILO), the Company respects all employees’ freedom of association and their right to collective bargaining. We do not interfere with employees’ decisions to join unions or engage in collective negotiations. The Company complies with relevant laws and international standards set by the ILO, and is committed to fostering sound labor-management relations.

NeutralityThe Company strictly manages confidential information obtained through its business activities concerning clients and related parties, and does not disclose such information to third parties without legitimate reason. Furthermore, the Company maintains a consistently neutral and impartial stance, providing consulting services with integrity and fairness, free from any conflicts of interest.

Prevention of Corruption
and BriberyThe Company regards the eradication of corruption as a core principle of corporate ethics and complies with all relevant domestic and international laws governing its business operations, including the Unfair Competition Prevention Act of Japan, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the U.K. Bribery Act.

InformationThe Company recognizes the protection of personal information entrusted to us by clients, employees, and partners as a critical responsibility in our business activities, and has established a fundamental policy accordingly. Personal information obtained is used solely for clearly defined purposes, such as responding to inquiries, sending business-related information and materials, and communicating in connection with service provision. It is never used for any other purposes and is handled only within the scope necessary.

Through our consulting activities, we also work together with clients to promote initiatives addressing environmental challenges.

Policy Implementation

Employee EducationTo ensure the effectiveness of initiatives outlined in this policy—including ethics, human rights, and information security—the Company provides regular education and training to all officers and employees.
New employees receive onboarding education at the time of joining, while existing employees are engaged through ongoing awareness programs and periodic training to reinforce understanding and implementation of the policy.
In response to changes in laws, social conditions, and internal regulations, we continuously review and update the training content to ensure that all personnel act with the most current knowledge and awareness.
